HR Services Team Leader
About the position
Reporting to the Director, this critical position will manage the HR Services team and be responsible for implementing and maintaining operational processes and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective client focused delivery of HR services across the University.
This position will be instrumental in ensuring that the team provides a high level of customer service and that HR matters are dealt with at the lowest level possible, in accordance with Bond University policies and procedures.
This position will commence in May 2018
About the person:
The successful applicant will be an experienced HR professional with a degree in Human Resources and a minimum of five years’ experience in a HR/HR systems environment. They will have a strong understanding of employment matters as well as HR transactional and operational tasks. Demonstrated proficiency and experience in HR information systems along with experience in implementing and refining systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery is also required for success in this role.
The successful applicant will be experienced in supervising staff, conducting staff training and have demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, they will be customer focused, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The remuneration for this position will commence at $75,678.12 p.a. plus 9.5% superannuation.
