An exciting opportunity exists in the Governance Unit at UNSW as a Board & Committee Coordinator and Administrative Officer. The successful applicant will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organisational skills and advanced computer skills.
About the role
- $71K - $80K per year (plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)
- Full-time (35 hours per week)
This full-time position will provide high quality administrative support across the range of Governance operations, including committees and administrative support for the Governance team. This role reports to the Senior Administrative Officer (who is also the EA to the Director of Governance).
The Governance Unit provides governance support to the University Council and Academic Board, and their respective committees, University Committees, Faculty Boards and Committees. The unit administers a range of statutory and internal compliance obligations including the conduct of Council and Academic Board elections and the Register of Delegations. The unit also has responsibility for management of the University's Policy Framework.
