The Role

  • Continuing, Full Time
  • $107,572 - $113,719 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Bathurst or Wagga Wagga

As the Executive Officer, you will provide high-level assistance to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Students), including the managing and prioritising of tasks; provision of high-level strategic, policy, administration and financial advice; undertaking research; writing reports; developing policy; facilitating internal and external communication; leading and monitoring projects and activities initiated by the DVC (Students); and, where appropriate, representing the DVC (Students) at meetings/working parties.

The position is also responsible for managing the Office of the DVC (Students), including managing staff and overseeing all incoming and outgoing correspondence, meeting bookings and travel arrangements for the DVC (Students).

The Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Students) is a member of the Vice-Chancellor's Leadership Team. As such, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Students) also assists the Vice-Chancellor generally in providing positive leadership and management for the University.
