The Role

The Workforce Planning team supports activities related to the School's workforce planning. As a member of the team, the Workforce Planning Advisor will work collaboratively with staff across the School to drive and support activities such as academic workload allocation, recruitment and onboarding, HR paperwork, casual pay and production/staffing of timetables.

Your Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative manner both with RMIT and external stakeholders. The position is accountable for development of efficient streamlined process and implementation of systems and protocols that are consistent with the University's protocols, policies and procedures.

Skills & Experience Required

You will have demonstrated experience effectively planning, developing, implementing, and reviewing programs and initiatives, whilst your ability to work flexibly and collaboratively to contribute towards achieving team goals will be essential to your success in the role. Previous experience and knowledge within the tertiary education sector will also be highly desirable.
