The Directorate of Information, Learning and Estates (ILE) is seeking to recruit an organised and enthusiastic individual, experienced in building and maintaining enterprise desktop computing environments to join the team as a Desktop and Mobile Device Support Specialist. The post is part of our professional services team comprising of developers, networking, systems, desktop and media specialists and has potential for the successful candidate to be exposed to a range of different technologies and areas of work. The emphasis for our professional services team is on projects, delivery and implementation, supporting our customer facing front-line teams with specialist skills and expertise.
In this new role, you will be responsible for delivering process driven change and rapid deployment to develop and enhance our campus-wide desktop and mobile computing experience. You will be expected to work to high standards of professionalism and to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the University.
