An enthusiastic self-starter, you will have previous experience of working in an alumni role, managing communications and organising events. You will be able to prioritise effectively, co-ordinating multiple tasks and work accurately under pressure to tight deadlines. Your outstanding communication and networking skills will enable you to influence a range of audiences and build effective working relationships at all levels.
You'll have the ability to lead the delivery of the alumni service with strategic direction from the head of service as well as work as part of a wider public relations team.
About the Role
You will be responsible for developing and delivering an integrated and effective alumni strategy for Edge Hill University, including the initiation of the new mentoring programme. You will project manage and oversee the delivery of all communications with alumni and stakeholder audiences, and work closely with colleagues across the university to capitalise on relationships and boost employability opportunities for our students.
