About the job 

As the Program Lead, you will oversee and manage the Innovation & Collaboration Centre (ICC) Community by developing effective relationships and facilitating strategic business opportunities. You will play a key role in developing, establishing and managing a range of innovative programs, initiatives and offerings provided by the ICC, ensuring the programs are delivered to the highest standard.

Skills and Experience 

To be successful, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications together with a strong understanding of contemporary business and the new economy along with significant project and/ or program management experience. You will bring highly developed communication and negotiation skills in order to influence and build key relationships with a broad range of stakeholders as well as have excellent initiative, flexibility and organisational skills to effectively deal with competing demands in a complex team environment.

Experience working within or managing a fast paced start up business would be highly advantageous for the ICC!
