About the job

This position is responsible for providing high level and confidential administrative support to the Head of School and Associate Head of School. The Personal Assistant works as part of the administrative team to support the activities of the School.

Skills and Experience

The successful applicant will have previous experience working as a personal assistant or in an administrative support role to a senior manager.  Exceptional time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an overall attitude of positivity, resilience and flexibility will ensure your success in this position. Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and an understanding of the higher education sector will be highly regarded.
