Business Process Analyst, Enrollment Services Operations
Manages process improvement efforts, document business processes, and supports business aspects of system implementations for enrollment and student services. Supports stakeholders including admissions, financial aid, registrar, career services, student employment, customer service, operations, etc. Analyzes cross-functional processes, flows, procedures, communications and recommends and implements improvements. Creates high level project plans and manages cross functional initiatives. Documents requirements, coordinates user testing, and supports a variety of implementation preparation activities. Develops current and future state documentation and models, build templates, sets up and organizes documentation and repositories. Creates process maps, dashboards, surveys, communication plans, and training aids. Automates workflows, prepares business cases, and contributes to a wide variety of efforts.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, organizational ability, and keen attention to detail. Business analysis experience or demonstrated aptitude. Experience leading cross functional teams and projects. Strategic thinking and facilitation skills. Ability to work with all levels of management. Experience learning and use software tools effectively. Bachelors degree is required. Work experience in a college or university student service area strongly preferred.
