We are looking to appoint a Programme Leader BA Early Years Development and Learning to manage, co-ordinate, develop and enhance the BA (Hons) degree at Norland College.  The post holder will be responsible for the retention and achievement of students and will manage the BA lecturers, ensuring a responsive and high quality service to all students.

You will need to hold a Masters Degree or equivalent qualification, preferably have or be working towards a Doctorate, along with a strong CPD record.  It is essential that you also hold appropriate teaching and professional qualifications and have extensive teaching experience.  Highly effective communication skills are also essential for the role.
