In support of the University’s significant change programme and as part of the leadership team of the Adam Smith Business School, our new Head of Professional Services will play a lead role in the development and successful implementation and delivery of the School’s strategy, policies and strategic deliverables. This is a critical business partnering role, integral to informing the successful delivery of the future shape of the School and wider College professional services.
Reporting to the Head of School and the Director of Professional Services for the College of Social Sciences, we are looking to appoint a change-orientated leader to help us realise the benefits of a University-wide transformation programme, applied within the School to the benefit of our research, teaching and the many external measures critical to a business school’s success. Our triple accredited school requires a leader with real vision and drive, someone with experience of complex professional service delivery in a relevant, knowledge-driven sector, which has delivered both tactical and cultural change.
