Health, Safety and Wellness
The goal of the Health, Safety and Wellness (HSW) Division is to promote the highest practicable standard of occupational health, safety and wellness within the University of Queensland, drive a positive HSW culture and facilitate compliance with legislation and national standards. The HSW Division is a central operational work unit of the University, and works closely with a network of work health and safety managers and co-ordinators across the Faculties, Schools and Institutes of the University.
The Administration Officer plays a crucial support role within the Health, Safety and Wellness Division and is responsible for assisting with the smooth administrative function of the Division by being an effective team member and carrying out all required administration duties.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate the ability to work within a team environment as well as independently, enthusiastically and with initiative. They should also be able to demonstrate effective communication (written and oral).
This is a full-time continuing position at HEW Level 4. The remuneration package will be in the range of $59,429.60 - $63,305.88 p.a plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range of $69,532.63 - $74,067.88 p.a.).
