The Registry team is responsible for the quality assurance of academic provision and for all aspects of student administration, from admission through to graduation. We provide a wide range of administrative services for students and staff.  
 
The Registry department at St Mary’s University wants to appoint a suitable candidate to support and oversee aspects of the conduct and complaints capacity of Registry on a short term fixed term contract.   Located in the Registry Offices, the role will include the management of the two key University procedures (namely, The Student Complaints Procedure, and Academic and non-academic Student Disciplinary Procedures). You will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of these procedures, and will be the designated point of contact for both staff and students in this regard. You will also play an active role in the University’s Partnership working with the local Police, and be the point of contact for addressing concerns raised by local residents.

Qualified to degree level, you will have experience of working in the higher education sector.  You will have excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills and be able to act with tact and discretion.  You will have the ability to work under pressure, taking a methodical approach with an excellent eye for detail and will be a strong team player.  You will have excellent planning and organisational skills.
