The University of Nottingham is seeking a high quality individual who is hard-working and driven to embrace the challenges of the changing employability agenda in higher education.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Business Information Team to enable the provision of high quality business information to underpin all areas of activity within the Careers and Employability Service. This role will work with colleagues to support the collection and analysis of graduate destinations outcomes, and work with stakeholders across the Service and wider University Community to ensure that the information is disseminated in a way which informs delivery.

The role holder will work as part of a team to generate key performance indicators for the service in conjunction with the Associate Director, enabling management to maintain a detailed understanding of student engagement with the Service, an evaluation of their experiences, and how these interactions ultimately link with destinations outcomes.

Candidates must have a good problem solving skills and an ability to prioritise conflicting workload demands and adhere to strict timelines. Excellent attention to detail, knowledge of Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel including pivot tables are also essential.

This is a full-time permanent post. The usual working pattern is Monday – Friday, 08:45 – 17:00. There will be two periods in the year (of between 2 and 6 weeks on each occasion) where a flexibility to work some evenings and an occasional Saturday is required, in order to support the destination data collection process.
