The Student Experience is the UNSW Business School’s central hub for engagement and support for students and alumni. As a ‘One-stop-shop’, we drive a seamless pathway for our students ranging from discovery and enquiry through to graduation and beyond.
About the role
- $119K -$126K plus (17% superannuation and leave loading)
- Full-time (35 hours per week)
The incumbent will lead the UNSW Business School’s attraction and retention of prospective industry, government and community partners for the purpose of increasing student placements and other Work Integrated Learning (WIL) activities.
This will involve building and effectively managing a portfolio of domestic and international industry and employer relationships that facilitate successful WIL experiences and proactively identifying opportunities to grow new business opportunities both domestically and internationally. Leading a team of professionals you will be critical to the success of the WIL experience for students of the UNSW Business School.
About the successful applicant
You will have a well-developed understanding of emerging trends in WIL and appreciation of best practice offerings both domestic and international. Your proven experience and expertise in leadership, relationship building, and negotiation skills will enable you to set, develop and drive priorities and in turn the continued growth and success of the student experience via wok integrated learning opportunities.
Leading a small team, you will be strategic and articulate in your work approach. Your expert advice and collaborative stakeholder approach will position you well to deliver on your key objectives.
