The School is looking to appoint a Teaching Fellow in French Law. The post holder will be expected to deliver high quality teaching to a cohort of undergraduate students, especially in the areas of French public and French civil law. The successful candidate may have recently completed a PhD and would like to gain further experience in a research–led teaching role and to be actively involved in the administration and academic life of a thriving law school.

The full time post will be offered on a fixed term contract for 2 years.

The selection process will include a presentation and a panel interview. For the presentation candidates will be expected to give a mini-lecture (of no more than ten minutes) on a particular topic from within French law that they think is difficult for a first or second-year student to grasp.

Interviews are scheduled to be held at the end of March/early April.
