The School is seeking to appoint a Teaching Fellow in Intellectual Property Law. The post-holder will be expected to deliver high quality teaching to small and large cohorts of undergraduate and/or postgraduate students in the area of intellectual property law. We particularly welcome applicants with an interest in teaching patent law. The successful candidate may have recently completed a PhD and would like to gain further experience in a research–led teaching role and to be actively involved in the administration and academic life of a thriving law school.

This post is offered on a fixed term contract for 3 years.

This post is offered on a full time or part time basis.

The selection process will include a presentation and a panel interview. For the presentation candidates will be expected to give a mini-lecture (of no more than ten minutes) on a particular topic within the sphere of intellectual property law that they think is difficult for a second-year undergraduate student to grasp.

Interviews are scheduled to be held at the end of March/early April.

The deadline for applications is midnight on Sunday, 25 February 2018.

Closing date: 25 February 2018
