The Board and Management of Trinity College have recently completed a new strategic plan which identified a number of strategic initiatives that involve new buildings, changes to existing buildings and the development of a campus development framework. Therefore, the College is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in buildings and infrastructure projects to assist in the planning, management of a range of building and facility related projects over the next two years.
Degree qualified, the successful candidate will have at least at least 5 years experience in project managing the development and implementation of buildings and grounds related projects, and master plans. You will have previously worked closely with Senior Executive teams, translating organizational objectives into time-bound projects. Your demonstrated ability and experience in internal and external stakeholder and client management will see you well positioned as a suitable candidate for this role.
Please note: this position is being offered as a full time fixed term contract until December 2019 with potential for extension.
Salary Range: FTE $115,000 per annum plus 10% superannuation & 17.5% leave loading
