Salary:    Lecturer: £39,992 - £49,149 - £ ; Senior Lecturer: £ £34,250 - £38,832

Working within the Department of Geography and Environmental Sciences, you will contribute to an area of Human Geography to further enhance research, enterprise and teaching. The department has particular strengths in communities and resilience, social and economic geography, disaster management and sustainability, visual methodologies, migration, social and spatial justice.  Excellent candidates with expertise in any area of human geography are invited to apply.

You must hold a first degree and it is desirable that you should be either qualified or soon to be qualified to Doctoral level in a relevant discipline, and have subject expertise in human geography, policy and development with specialist knowledge gained through research activity, professional practice or consultancy. Proven ability to deliver high quality teaching within an appropriate field is essential.
