The School of Psychological & Social Sciences at York St John University is a vibrant and ambitious academic unit based on a magnificent campus in the heart of York. We are seeking an enthusiastic team member to make a permanent and full-time contribution to our vibrant undergraduate and postgraduate offers, and to further strengthen our growing research activity. Our School offers a number of undergraduate degrees that confer the Graduate Basis for Chartership with the British Psychological Society, and a dynamic, developing postgraduate provision in both taught and research degrees.
The successful candidate will have research interests and outputs in Discursive Social Psychology and be able to teach across a range of modules on the School’s undergraduate and postgraduate psychology programmes. Candidates are expected to be research active and will be supported to develop an outstanding research profile with the aim of contributing to the School’s REF2021 submission.
