The Integrated Health and Social Care multidisciplinary research theme is a university wide initiative which draws together groundbreaking research focused on providing interventions that optimise the health and well-being of individuals and groups throughout the life-course. 

We are seeking to appoint a talented researcher with research expertise and experience in Sport & Exercise Physiology/Biochemistry to complement existing research strengths. Specifically we are looking for individuals whose research will add to our Integrated Health and Social Care Multi-Disciplinary Research Theme. You will be based in the Department of Sport, Exercise & Rehabilitation at City Campus, Newcastle-upon-Tyne.   

You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your extensive knowledge and subject expertise through individual and collaborative academic activity. Successful candidates will be selected according to the excellence of their research profile and plans, and the extent to which their research interests complement the Integrated Health and Social Care theme.
