An outstanding opportunity now exists for an Academic Dean and Head of School of the TC Beirne School of Law to provide educational, research and organisational leadership. This significant position will have primary responsibility for the management of the School’s academic and professional staff, students and degree programs. Key responsibilities will include enabling the School to achieve its strategic research, education, engagement and
cultural objectives, ensuring effective alignment with the Faculty and the University.
UQ is seeking an exceptional academic leader with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage people, infrastructure and financial resources. Highly developed communication and influencing skills should be coupled with an ability to actively engage across the University, Government and with the legal profession.
