The role of the Residential Customer Services Advisor will be to support the Residential Facilities Management of the halls of residence at the All Saints Campus. You will provide first level information and advice to students, visitors and staff within Residential Facilities acting as a triage point directing them to appropriate sources of information or relevant functions.
You will provide a professional and efficient administrative service supporting the Residential Team within the Halls of Residence.
The shift pattern for this role:
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8am -3.30pm and Saturday and Sunday 2pm - 9.30pm
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a wide range of skills and experience. You will be an individual who has proven reception and administrative experience and is truly customer focussed.
