It is an exciting time to join us at Sheffield Hallam University as a Professor of International Law and Human Rights. Our academic profile is wide ranging and we have an exceptional record for research and teaching in a diverse array of fields in law, criminology, human rights and social justice. 
Our Helena Kennedy Centre for International Justice is a leading centre for social justice and human rights, and this role will make a major contribution to the leadership and development of this centre of expertise. This will include generating research and income streams, and developing and supporting staff. You would also be expected to work closely with our other leading research centres, notably the Centre for Regional Economic and Social Research (CRESR) and the Sheffield Institute for Policy Studies’. 

You must have a strong record of producing academic publications to world leading and internationally excellent standards (at REF 3* and 4*) and have experience of developing international research networks.
