The School of Education is seeking to appoint a Business Administrative Officer to work within the Dean’s Unit. The Business Administrative Officer reports to the School Manager, and works in collaboration with other professional staff to support the School Manager in the efficient operation of the School by ensuring the provision of high level, collaborative administrative and financial support.
The position manages workforce and student-load planning to ensure the adequate provision of resources for future teaching sessions. It is also responsible for the timely and accurate coordination of the School’s financial function.
In addition, the Business Administrative Officer will supervise a Business Analyst to manage the School’s data modelling and analysis, facilitating solutions to business problems.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic individual, with strong relational skills as well as a sound understanding of School / Faculty operations. Ideally, the successful candidate and will have worked in a similar position, as an administration or financial coordinator in an education setting previously. Training and development will be provided to the successful candidate.

This is a full-time, ongoing position based at the Penrith campus although travel between the Penrith and Bankstown campuses will be required on occasion.
Remuneration package: HEW Level 7 $99,866 to $107,757 (comprising Salary $84,388 to $91,056 p.a., plus 17% Superannuation, plus leave loading).
