Play a vital role supporting the Core First Year Coordinator, providing a range of administrative and resource support to aid with running of the academic program in this varied and fast-paced role.
You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to develop excellent working relationships with colleagues, students and other stakeholders.
Experience in accurately recording and preparing minutes from meetings coupled with the ability to work independently, follow established procedures with limited supervision and contribute positively to an effective team is required.
High level proficiency in computer software packages will aid your success in this role.
