Salary: £22,836 - £25,745 p.a. inclusive of London Weighting Allowance
We are looking for a keen and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our team.
The role of HR Administrator is varied and will involve: recruitment administration and setting up interviews, preparing a range of employment documentation, handling a range of queries from staff/prospective candidates either by phone or email, proactively ensuring that the HR and payroll database is kept up to date at all times, providing administrative support to the HR Account Managers and senior management team, if required. There will be an opportunity to learn about all aspects of Human Resources.
You will be:
- Able to demonstrate strong customer service skills and provide proactive support to colleagues within the wider HR team and across the University
- Flexible and enthusiastic to learn and embrace new systems/ways of working
- Organised, able to prioritise effectively and to pay close attention to detail
