About the jobs

Academic Services Officers undertake a range of administrative duties that provide vital support to the delivery of teaching and research at UniSA.

We currently have three vacancies available:

  • Full time, continuing HEO4 at UniSA College, City West campus, supporting delivery of the College’s programs and courses (teaching), and providing advice to current and prospective students regarding study options;
  • Full time, continuing HEO4 in the School of Management, City West campus, supporting research students and their supervisors, publicising research through seminars and colloquiums, and compiling a range of research data;
  • Part time (0.5 FTE), continuing HEO4 in the School of Health Sciences, City East campus, supporting research students and their supervisors, publicising research through seminars and colloquiums, and compiling a range of research data.

Skills and Experience

You will have post-secondary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience, together with previous experience working in an administrative role in a team based service environment. Time management skills, and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills including preparation of written materials and experience in liaising with people at all levels both internal and external to an organisation to deliver quality customer service, are also essential to the roles.
