The Division of Information Technology (DIT) is responsible and accountable for the strategic management, development and support of information and communications technology (ICT) across the University, and the provision of related services to all staff and students. This includes the online environment; desktop and mobile computer supply and maintenance; staff email; access and Logins, Help and Support Desk; enterprise wide application and integration services; network and Internet services; Enterprise Architecture services, strategic engagement and advice; computing facilities; telephones, voicemail and video conference facilities; audio visual services and teaching space technology; and staff IT training, inductions and IT orientation.

The Web Office within DIT is the centralised unit responsible for communication and coordination of web management and planning, web user experience and design, web development, web content management, web project delivery, and web accessibility and analytics reporting. The Web Office has overall responsibility for improving CSU’s Online environment.

The Web Development Manager is responsible for ensuring all web development and technical implementation of CSU’s online environment supports the University Strategy and the Web Improvement Program. You will manage a team of web development professionals. You will be responsible for providing advice regarding the development and review of web standards policies, procedures and guidelines. You will also be required to provide advice around resourcing requests in regards to web development.
