The Delivery Manager will have the responsibility to oversee project management processes and services

The Delivery Manager will have the responsibility to oversee project management processes and services to ensure best practice delivery of all projects within the Charles Sturt University Capital Plan. As one of the key leaders within the Planning and Development team, this position will work directly with the Director, Planning and Development, and also the Manager, Planning, to establish and manage the delivery phase of all projects within the CSU Capital Plan. You will be responsible for the planning and management of the overall Delivery program, including prioritisation of projects and resource allocation, compliance and management. 

To be successful in this role you must have previous end to end project delivery experience as well as strong construction contract knowledge and negotiating skills. You will also be capable of influencing others to achieve goals and focus on time, cost and quality outcomes. You will have the aptitude to work cooperatively across the organisation to effectively build networks and to provide a vision and communicate that vision to other stakeholders.

A relevant degree in project management in a construction or property related field, or a design/construction related discipline, with at least 5 years subsequent relevant experience; or post-graduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through education, training and/or experience is essential.
