ACCOMMODATION SERVICES DIVISION
The Accommodation Services Division provides quality and affordable student accommodation to University of Wollongong students as well as short-term accommodation to University staff and visitors at 7 residence facilities.
This is a new and exciting position for a professional administrator with a commitment to customer service and significant experience developing and maintaining efficient administration processes and systems and leading large teams of administrators.
The Administration Manager will report directly to the Director and work closely with the Division’s management team to ensure that administrative resources are appropriate and support the achievement of the Division’s strategic objectives. The Administration Manager will also be responsible for the leadership of the administration team (15+ employees), which includes permanent and fixed term employees, development positions such as trainees, and casual employees, as required.
The position will be based at the central office at the University’s main campus, however be required to work across all of the student residences.
