The Team Leader, Property Customer Service is responsible for supervising the day to day customer service interface for services provided by the Properties, Facilities and Development Division.
Under broad direction, the Team Leader, Property Customer Service reports to the Associate Director, Customer and Site Services and is responsible for managing a team of customer service staff, and providing a professional and high level of service experience for staff and students.
