The Asset Technical Officer will be responsible for managing and analysing the University’s building and infrastructure information required for asset and space management purposes. This includes the Property, Facilities & Development’s CAD drawings, BIM, GIS and Space information;
Reporting to the Asset Manager, and working under general to broad direction, the Asset Technical officer will play a key role in the development of Flinders University’s Asset Management System (‘FUAMS’), including linking and population of the various databases and systems, managing asset data storage, reporting, analysis and Capital Infrastructure Program recommendations.
