Working under broad direction and as part of a university wide Student Administration Services team, the Operations Lead, Student Progress and Assessment plays a key role in ensuring the administration and provision of student centred support services across the student lifecycle.
In particular, the position is responsible for the management and coordination of assessment and examination matters across the University (assessment, review of student progress, results) as well as the event management and operational requirements of university examination and assessment events.
The position collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders for the delivery of high quality services to both students and staff, and plays an important role in developing and promoting effective processes and enhanced innovative business practices for a broad range of student administration activities.
