Under broad to generally unguided direction the Manager, Digital and Creative Studio will oversee and manage the University’s new Creative Studio through leadership of a highly collaborative team composed of web designers and developers, copywriters and content producers, videographers, graphic and digital designers. This is a key position in OCME’s marketing leadership, setting the University’s Web and Digital Marketing Strategy to position Flinders’ as a national leader.
The incumbent will be passionate about all elements of marketing, foster innovation and look to the horizon to identify, and implement new initiatives that continually excite and engage target audiences. They will have solid understanding of broader strategy, user experience, new directions and innovations relating to digital marketing and more broadly digital platforms that extend beyond the University’s platforms, and the ability to understand the impact of related University business processes and opportunities for integration across systems.
Above all, the position will deliver measurable outcomes in line with University priorities including student recruitment, engagement, research, branding and profile as envisioned in The 2025 Agenda.
