Position Summary:

The Associate Director, Customer and Site Services is responsible for the Univeristy’s security, parking, property and facilities customer services including determining, leading, developing and implementing strategies, frameworks and standards to strengthen customer service and drive a customer oriented culture across the Properties, Facilities and Development Division.

Generally unguided, and in accordance with the strategic goals and objectives of the University, the position is functionally responsible to the Director, Properties, Facilities and Development Division and plays a pivotal role in ensuring high quality, innovative service experiences for students, professional and academic staff through the provision of seamless, customer focused, efficient and effective support related services.

The Associate Director, Customer and Site Services leads a high performing team in the provision of property customer services, concierge, function and facility services, security and parking to ensure aligment with the strategic and operational requirements of the Division and University. The team includes staff located centrally within Property, Facilities and Development, staff located at key sites and staff working and embedded within Academic College service centres.
