The Role and Responsibilities

The School Services Coordinator is responsible for a team of staff that support the day-to-day activities of the School. The incumbent will work collaboratively with members of the team and staff across the School to deliver a high level of service across processes and tasks which support the effective operation of the School.

Skills & Experience Required

You will have demonstrated ability and experience to effectively develop, lead and coordinate a broad team to deliver a high level of customer service. To be successful in the position you must also be able to work independently, use initiative and prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a demanding environment with excellent attention to detail. Furthermore your knowledge and ability to build rapport and negotiate with a large audience on matters relating to interpreting and applying policies and procedures will be essential to your success in the role.
