We are seeking a keen and enthusiastic person to look after travel and administration for our team of international technical experts. If you possess initiative, attention to detail, high level communication skills and an ability to work in a great team, you are the person we are looking for!
Reporting to the Deputy Director, the Administration Officer provides administrative support for the extensive travel activities within the GBD Group. The incumbent will be responsible for finalising all travel and travel related documentation and expenditure for travel by staff to up to 20 countries worldwide. In addition, the incumbent will be expected to provide backup administration support (including office administration/reception) responding to requests by email or over the phone.
The position will require a sound knowledge of the travel policies and procedures of the University or the ability to quickly gain such knowledge. The incumbent will possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, and good interpersonal and time management skills.
