In this role, you will provide expert advice and support to managers and staff on a broad range of HR matters. You will play a key role in building strong business partnerships, working directly with senior management in undertaking workforce planning and supporting effective performance development and management of staff.

Skills and Experience

You will have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or demonstrated significant skills, knowledge and experience working in an HR team, together with experience in building strong business partner relationships and delivering excellent customer service. Proven experience in managing complex human resource matters including underperformance, recruitment, and other employee relations matters, as well as experience in undertaking workforce planning and change management, are also essential.
