The Division of Information Technology (DIT) is responsible and accountable for the strategic management, development and support of information and communications technology (ICT) across the University, and the provision of related services to all staff and students. This includes the online environment; desktop and mobile computer supply and maintenance; staff email; access and Logins, Help and Support Desk; enterprise wide application and integration services; network and Internet services; Enterprise Architecture services, strategic engagement and advice; computing facilities; telephones, voicemail and video conference facilities; audio visual services and teaching space technology; and staff IT training, inductions and IT orientation.

The Web Office within DIT is the centralised unit responsible for communication and coordination of web management and planning, web user experience and design, web development, web content management, web project delivery, and web accessibility and analytics reporting. The Web Office has overall responsibility for improving CSU’s Online environment.

In this role, you assist with the technical development and implementation of CSU’s web environment in support of the Web Strategy. The Technical Web Developer assists in the implementation of web templates into multiple platforms; contributes to the technical web development within web projects: ensures the delivery of business as usual web jobs; and develop and review web standards, policies, procedures and guidelines relating to the CSU web environment.
