About the job
This position reports to the Medical Practice Manager.
The position is required to perform finance administration tasks, providing a high level of financial support to staff and contractors within Wellbeing@swin. The position will undertake the balance, management and support of the Accounts Payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation functions.
The incumbent is required to be flexible in hours to cover practice working hours, which are 08:00 am to 9:00 pm.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Relevant Book Keeping Certificate or financial qualification
- Experience in medical environment
- Experience in the use of financial management software (preferably Finance One), medical computing software and MS Office
