Senior Estates Maintenance Technician  

Department:  Estates and Campus Services 
 
Salary:   £35,135 to £38,051 p.a. inclusive of London Weighting Allowance 
 
We are looking to appoint several Senior Estates Technicians on a permanent basis in the Maintenance team within Estates and Campus services.  
 
The main purpose of the role is to provide a high level of operational technical expertise in HVAC, Mechanical and /or Electrical Engineering and assist Head of Maintenance in providing a customer centric, flexible and responsive maintenance service providing effective, quality resolutions to customer issues.  
 
This is an exciting time for the University; our new £35m state-of-the art library has just opened and we are continuing to develop a number of external partnerships across the globe.
