About the job

In this role you will provide confidential, high level proactive executive and operational support to the Director: Future Industries Institute. Contributing to the effective operations of the Institute, you will be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Director. The role is critical in supporting and maintaining key strategic relationships and serves as a liaison to the Institute's Leadership Group.

Skills and Experience

You will have significant experience in providing high level executive support (including complex diary management) to a senior manager with the requirement to proactively respond to challenges, determine competing priorities, exercise independent judgement, work with documents of a sensitive nature, and maintain confidentiality of the highest standard. Demonstrated skills equivalent to post-secondary qualifications, knowledge and experience are also essential.
