Job Description
This is the health center reception position which provides a professional, caring and customer service focused environment for students. This position acts as the initial contact and is the intermediary between the student patient population and the health care providers.It is responsible for the professional and efficient managing of the student patient population, telephone calls and messages, as well as a variety of clerical duties that support consumer services,information, referral and patient flow, and the overall operation and presentation of student health services.
Required Skills
B.A./B.S., excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong computer skills and three to five years of related experience. Experience with medical terminology, EHRs/EMRs, and patient scheduling is preferred.
