As Records Coordinator, you will initiate and lead sessions with staff of the University to raise awareness of good recordkeeping practices and deliver training in the use of the recordkeeping system HP Record Manager (TRIM). You will identify opportunities for record management process improvement and enhancement, assess the needs of stakeholders and determine client satisfaction for service delivery. Reporting to the Manager, Records and Archives Management Services, you will closely collaborate and coordinate activities in conjunction with service delivery to clients by the Senior Records Officers.
To be successful in this diverse role you will combine your experience in training and client support with a proactive, self-motivated approach to marketing ECU’s recordkeeping program. You will utilise your strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and build professional networks across the university. Demonstrated relevant experience in a similar role, including experience with electronic record management systems such as HP Record Manager, TRIM or other similar records management system is essential.
