Expected Salary £29,373 - £35,249 p.a. (Including LWA)
Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance is a forward thinking, contemporary and world-class Higher Education Institution with a vision to redefine the conservatoire for the 21st century. At the leading edge of music and dance training, it provides specialist education of the highest quality, which reflects the increasingly collaborative world of artistic practice and supports the lifelong career development of students and professional performing artists.
The main remit of this exciting new post is to increase the conversion rates of potential students to Trinity Laban, by enhancing their communications experience as enquirers and offer holders. The post holder will provide an excellent level of 121 customer care and support, acting as a single point of contact for those interested in studying at Trinity Laban throughout the stages of their applicant journey. Working closely with Admissions and Faculty colleagues, this role will ensure students receive timely decisions on their applications, and develop and lead on conversion campaigns designed to increase the number of offer holders, who choose to enrol on our programmes.
Sitting within the Student Recruitment and International Relations team this varied role will require extensive working across the Conservatoire, including working closely with Registry and Admissions teams. This role has a particular focus on supporting International and EU students with the additional barriers they face in relocating to the UK. The role holder will be an integral part of ensuring that the Conservatoire meets its targets in all markets and across all student types, including part-time, study abroad, and online and distance learning students.
Additionally the role holder will take responsibility for regular marketing communications with our agents and study abroad partner institutions, developing communications strategies that promote our programme and keep partners up to date on developments, encouraging increased interest and enrolments from their students.
In order to undertake their role in the most efficient way, the post holder will work with the Corporate Affairs Data & Operations Manager to develop an interim database system. This will support their work and help enable the switch to a new student records and CRM system, which is anticipated in September 2019.
