STUDENT SERVICES DIVISION
The Student Services Division is responsible for the student lifecycle at UOW, including student recruitment, admissions, fees and scholarships, the delivery and management of student services, academic administration and student systems.
Join the Student Recruitment Unit in its pursuit to grow the quality and volume of domestic and international student enrolments. This position is responsible for the planning, delivery and reporting of student conversion communications for UOW. The post holder will work collaboratively with the academic Faculties and other professional service departments to ensure a student centric approach to communications from initial enquiry through to enrollment.
The role will work alongside the Student Customer Relationship Management (CRM) project team to develop a best in sector approach to prospective and current student communications and achieve positive customer journeys. UOW’s Student CRM is key to meeting these goals and this position ensures that the system’s campaign capabilities are being utilised to its greatest potential and that campaign metrics and outcomes are reported effectively within the organisation.
