The Centre for Online Health (COH) is a research, teaching and service provider under UQCHSR whose overall goal is to research and develop best practice models in online health care that are applicable to Australia and other countries. Since the COH was established in 1999, the Centre has become the focus for a multi-disciplinary group of academics with an established reputation for research and teaching excellence in the field of online health and e-Healthcare. Research within the COH aims to produce high-quality evidence on the feasibility, efficacy, effectiveness and economics of telehealth. The Centre also has an interest in improving the methodological rigour that is used in the assessment of telehealth services.
This position will provide research assistance to the Centre for Online Health (COH) research team. The role focuses on a range of telehealth-related projects managed within the centre. Duties will include conducting literature reviews, preparing research project documentation, data collection, management and cleaning, preliminary analysis, and contribution to publications.
Applicants should possess a degree in relevant disciplines. You should have high level written and oral communication skills, and the ability to interact with a diverse range of colleagues and clients. You should be able to work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a team, and also work under broad direction in a well-organised manner.

This is a full-time, fixed term appointment at at HEW Level 5 until 31 December 2018. The remuneration package will be in the range $64,598 - $72,349 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range $75,580 - $84,648 p.a.).
