The University of Queensland has a fixed term vacancy for an experienced Senior Workplace Relations Consultant based at its St Lucia Campus. The position will support executive staff, managers and over 6,500 Academic, Research and Professional staff in all facets of workplace relations.
The role is part of the Workplace Relations team and is responsible for the provision of workplace relations advice and support on performance and conduct matters, organisational change, Agreement interpretation, policy research and review as well as the development and provision of training to staff and managers.
The successful candidate will be experienced in the provision of workplace relations advice within a diverse workplace or across diverse industries, will possess high level interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills and will engage as an energetic and collaborative team member.
This is a full-time, fixed term appointment until 30 June 2018 at HEW Level 8. The remuneration package will be $92,811.16, plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 9.5%.
