The person filling this position will serve as a study coordinator for a study testing personalized treatment methods for youth psychotherapy. The person will be responsible for managing study intakes (e.g., conducting phone screens of potential participants), conducting qualitative interviews, coding qualitative transcripts, and using an observational coding system to rate the degree to which therapists are using shared decision-making techniques in video-recorded therapy sessions. Applicant must possess excellent interpersonal skills as there will be scheduling of appointments and self- report measures obtained directly from patients either via phone or in person. The applicant must also be very detail oriented as it is critical that data input be accurate. Experience with qualitative research methods preferred.
